Currently Craving...

Anthropologie just released their July catalog, and it is showcasing some absolutely gorgeous pre-fall looks. Now, for those of you who don't know, Anthropologie is probably my favorite clothing retailer. They perfectly walk the fine line between whimsical and professional. All of their pieces are versatile and easy to dress up or down for nearly any occasion. This is why my closet is made up of 90% Anthropologie.

I've included some photos of items and/or stylings that are currently making my mouth water...

The Four Corners dress by Neves Lavi is amazing. It's over my price point ($298) but it's gorgeous. I'm imagining wearing this in the fall for a night out with a thick brown leather belt around the waist, brown booties, and a lot of bronze jewelry.

Here it is on the model.

I've been looking for a cape for about a year now. I like this one although it may be too overwhelming on my frame. I love the smart styling of this look!

Love this dress. The colors are great and this could be appropriate for fall, spring and summer.

It's full of pre-fall looks that are just to die for.

Oh Betsey!

This past weekend I got to dress up and be a model for a day! It was So. Much. Fun!

The Betsey Johnson on Fillmore St., San Francisco was throwing a Pink Party in honor of National Pink Day and Pride Weekend. I was asked to be a model for the party and walk down the "runway" wearing some amazing dresses.

Now, Betsey Johnson isn't really a designer I would relate to my personal style. I did wear a Betsey Johnson dress to my Senior Prom in High School, but that's about as Betsey as I get. BUT, it was an amazing opportunity, and why not dress up out of your comfort zone and have fun with it? Isn't that what experimenting with fashion is all about?

Make-up professionally done by MAC Cosmetics.

All done and waiting to get styled for the event.

First dress I wore before the fashion show.

Runway- not the most flattering picture, huh?

Much better! I loved this dress!

All the models and Sales Associates.

As part of their thank you for modeling, the store gave me 60% off a purchase. OF COURSE I took advantage of that and walked away with this dress: http://www.betseyjohnson.com/product/index.jsp?productId=11449955

It is so figure flattering and versatile, I love it! I just decided to swap out the pink bow (not my favorite thing) for a chunky brown leather belt, or nothing at all. The dress doesn't really need a belt.

Hello world!

I've started this blog for no real purpose other than to share my love for fashion with who ever is interested. I've recently graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor's in Psychology and am in the slow process of applying to Graduate programs. In the meantime I am working two jobs and enjoying my life in one of the most amazing cities in the world, San Francisco, California.

I love fashion, food, and random adventures, but mostly fashion. It's an addiction. This blog is my way of expressing my personal style while trying to stay within my tiny budget and hopefully inspiring some of you out there to experiment with your closets too!
