Fall Essentials Under $100

Fall Essentials Under $100

San Francisco saw it's first drops of rain today, so I thought it would be very appropriate to go over some items that I think are must haves for Fall. Best of all they are all under $100 and you can shop them by clicking the icons below!

1) A Moto Jacket: This style of jacket is perfect for some cozy layers. For day you can go with a full tough girl inspired look, and at night layer it over a flirty dress for some nice contrast.

2) Oxblood Jeans: This color is the 'it' color for Fall. Treat it as a neutral, like your favorite black skinnies, and they'll take you far.

3) Multi-tone Neutral Satchel: It's the perfect size for a working/studying woman on the go, and the color contrast is interesting, while matching everything.

4) Cozy Blanket Scarf: Need I explain this? Just make sure it's big, warm, and soft, and you'll never go without it.

5) Chelsea Boots: These boots are weather proof (maybe except for snow), comfy, versatile, and best of all, they have an on trend cap-toe.

Day to Night

Day to Night
Since we are in such a transitional season, I thought I should do a post on transitional dressing, but not for the weather. Transitional dressing can also be applied to the day. A lot of women these days are always on the go-go-go, so you want to make the best of what you have available to you. For an easy transition from day to night, focus on just swapping out your accessories to make the statement. Stick to a versatile cotton jersey dress, that has a unique cut or drape to it. It's just unique enough, while maintaining that effortless casual feel. For the day, pair it with comfy flat sandals, a great carry-all bag, a straw fedora if you wish, and if it's chillier, grab a lightweight jacket (you can see I love the utility look). For night, add a statement necklace, grab a sleek black clutch, put on some great neutral heels, and swipe on some bold lipstick. The bold lip and necklace help draw attention, making you look more evening appropriate. If it's chillier, add any coat you have in your arsenal.
What do you guys think of the set above?
