I believe there are clothes that you wear that are the fashion equivalent of comfort food. As it gets colder, wetter, windier, and foggier I notice I tend to gravitate towards darker neutrals and big chunky knits. I just want to wear what is most comfortable so going outside when it's less than ideal can be a little more bearable. Sometimes though, picking out everything that's comfy and throwing it on can get a little sloppy. Below is a good glimpse of how I stay warm and comfortable while incorporating those pieces I gravitate towards, and other things to keep my outfit a little interesting and on trend. A big sweater and skinny colored trousers do the trick for me today.
