Puffy Vest

I've never been a fan of "puffy outerwear". I've always thought it looked cheap, and a little tacky, even though I know it's quite functional. Well ladies (and perhaps gentlemen?), after this terribly cold Winter we had, I finally gave in. And after figuring out how to make this puffy, shiny, piece of clothing look cool, I figured it's about time to throw it up on the blog. Maybe it will inspire you all to give into some functional outerwear? Kyle did say this was his favorite look of mine so far...

Jacket: J Brand. Vest: Uniqlo (men's). Sweater: Unknown. Jeans: Zara. Shoes: Pour La Victoire. Beanie: Kyle's.

I also wanted to share this little gif with you all. Even after a couple of years of having Kyle take my pictures out in the open, when there are people walking by, I get awkward. This isn't even the worst of it!

  1. Sweetie I love how you styled that puffer vest, pieces like that are incredibly warm but can be tricky to style but you have mastered making it look cool and even unexpectedly chic. Love this look my dear! I know how you feel when it comes to taking pictures, I hate in when people walk by, so so awkward, I never really know what to do with myself :)

    Take care,

    1. Me neither! I feel like they are probably questioning why I am even doing it? Probably are...

Thanks for the comment! I bet you can make one of these look cool too!

  3. I just don't get vests. My chest is never cold but my arms always are! At any rate, it looks adorable on you!
