Almost There...

This is a something I wore this past weekend, where I was super excited about the fact that I could go bare legged! It was still chilly in the shade, so a scarf and sweater was necessary, but my poor pale legs got some sunlight, which was nice. And as you can see, warm weather brings out the boho in me!

In The Nude

Sometimes, I want to incorporate the look of a leather jacket into an outfit, without making it too edgy or rock n roll, so this nude colored leather jacket from Gap is the perfect solution. This outfit wouldn't have the same boho feel that it has here if I were wearing my black one. Isn't it nice how something as simple as a color can make all the difference?

LA state of mind

Happy Monday!
I'm taking a week off from work and spending it in LA with my parents. It's been really nice to sleep in and relax. Something about LA always makes me feel so laid back, and I definitely notice it in the way I dress. I shed the layers, and stick to key basic pieces, that are light and airy. I like to accessorize with random things thrown into my travel bag, and sometimes the careless result, like below, turns out to be just right.
